Hi Eugene|, what do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success as a realtor to a crucial factor: delivering value to my clients. While anyone can sell a home, I strive to exceed expectations and provide the ultimate experience. My dedication extends to staying updated on the latest programs, tax codes, and anything that can facilitate a seamless transition for my clients. One aspect that sets me apart is my commitment to educating my clients throughout the home purchasing process. In the Navy, I’m able help Sailor and troubleshoot to come out with the best solution. I love working there because it gives an opportunity impact the future. I feel the same way when I’m doing real estate, I’m impacting lives and building financial legacy for family.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When my friend visits the area, I would take them on an unforgettable journey filled with excitement and relaxation. Our first stop would be downtown San Diego, where we can catch a Padres. After cheering on the Padres, we would venture into the Gaslamp Quarter, hopping from one bar to another, catching up on each other’s lives and creating new memories along the way.

The following day, our time continues as we head to Temecula for wine tasting experience. We’ll explore the picturesque vineyards, sampling wines and reveling in the ambiance. As we journey back, we’ll make our way to Imperial Beach, where we can kick back, relax, and enjoy the ocean waves. Then experience some of the cuisine from remarkable restaurant by the beach.
