We had the good fortune of connecting with Lucas Monari and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lucas, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I feel like risk is part of everyone’s journey whether you see it, or not. It is in everyday life, when it comes to business or starting a business facing those risks and challenges will help you build character, learn more about your business and create the habit of overcoming and winning challenges and risks.

One of the main things one can learn about risk is to determine how much are you willing to lose in case it does not go your way and how much possible gain can you have in case it does go your way. Having that risk to reward vision and creating that mindset will take you a long way.

In Real Estate, I see lot of investors taking bigger risk with interests high but at the same time they know once rates go down they can refinance and have a better spread than before, during this time they are also gaining equity and other benefits.

Don’t wait to buy Real Estate, Buy Real Estate and then wait!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My story stated in 2019 when I founded Monari Mobile Notary Service in San Diego, I have completed about 500+ signings each years since first open. It has been an honor to be rated the best mobile notary public in San Diego. I work very hard to be of service and bring value to all my clients and also providing fast same day appointments to them.\
Along with my notary service, I have been in the Real Estate since I was 17 years old where I worked at a property management company, since then my passion towards Real estate has only got stronger. I understand how much it can changes ones life, and that has been my motivation to expand my business as your Local REALTOR®, unlike other real estate agents, I have a vast knowledge when it come to deal structuring, what to look for and avoid when buying a home, house hacks, and a great network of individuals in my dial book.

I am your go to REALTOR®!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love to surf, Blacks Beach, La Jolla is on my top 3… I also enjoy hanging out with my family around Mission Bay, safe and open grass for the kids to have a good time and get a little BBQ going.

When it comes to food, I like the traditional San Diego restaurants. For my Italian folks, I recommend the God Father Italian cuisine or Volare Italian Food in Point Loma.

Watching the sunset from Mount Soledad has to be a good to activity to do with friends, spouse, and family.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I wan to give a huge shoutout to Mr. West, my MBHS business teacher… at a very young age he was exposing us on how to start your own business, open an LLC, and that played a huge roll in my life as I have been hungry and driven since then.

I am also very thankful for all my family and friends that support my business, I would say a big percentage of my clientele are referral based, I am grateful to be able to provide the best service one can get and be able to share my knowledge with them, I am here to help, learn and educate those that cross my path.

I have had great mentors as well that I owe big respect to, THANK YOU ALL!
