We had the good fortune of connecting with Mark Hopkins and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
You only really know how strong you are when strength is the last option. As with everyone life has thrown me a few challenges. From a horrific birth of my first child, to losing two children, to my only living son being diagnosed with a terminal bowel disease, to a break-up of a marriage and everything in between. These challenges have given me the drive, motivation and desire to live everyday as the best version of myself. I have now developed a program to help everyone live their legacy today. Why should we wait till we die to have a legacy? Why should we live everyday feeling only a part of ourselves? Why should we only give ourselves a C+ rating for our work and relationships when we all deserve to be a A*? The journey from C+ to A* is a lot simpler than you thought and 100% in your control! Take back the power you need to be the person you want to be.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Girona is a stunning city just north of Barcelona. It is 30 minutes from the Mediterranean, 60 minutes from the Pyrenees, and 40 minutes from Barcelona. With the most stunning Jewish Quarter, incredible restaurants, and friendly people you cannot but fall in love with Girona.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Timing is everything. The ability to open your eyes and heart at the right time and to the right person can be the difference between happiness and contentment or boredom and frustration. I met my business partner Ash Garratt at the right time. Together we have shared, grafted, debated and crafted a story that impacts. Thank you Ash.
