We had the good fortune of connecting with Johnathon Keller and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Johnathon, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success of our agency has been discipline. At Infinite Views, we have a thorough selection process for our team members and operate with a high level of precision. We aim to recruit individuals who exhibit strong discipline in their duties, responsibilities, and accountability, as opposed to those who are solely motivated by money or inspiration.

Motivation is a feeling that comes and goes. In the words of W.K. Hope, “Discipline is when your conscience tells you to do something and you don’t talk back.” This is particularly true in our industry of marketing, where we face constant challenges such as demanding clients, tight deadlines, and high-level competition. Despite these obstacles, we approach each day with a smile on our face and a “navy seal” mentality, maintaining consistency and striving for results. Our commitment to discipline has enabled us to expand our team to over 25 members, serve more than 700 clients, and generate millions in revenue – all in just two years.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Infinite Views is a full-service marketing agency dedicated to growing the brands of real estate agents, teams, and brokerages through captivating creative content and proven digital strategies. By being a top-performing Creative, Social Media, and Digital Agency, Infinite Views has grown to serve over 700 active clients between our teams in the San Francisco Bay Area, Southern California, and Phoenix, Arizona – all within the last two years.

What sets us apart from other agencies in the space is our commitment to consistent quality and building a strong team. We constantly are checking in with our clients to make sure they are always satisfied with our work, as well as asking for constructive criticism. This has allowed us to grow with the needs of our clients, and stay ahead of the competition.

Our agency has seen rapid growth over the last two years, which brings on challenges of its own. We are constantly pushing to take a step back and look at our operations on a macro level to make sure we can handle what is in front of us. We are striving to make sure our team feels supported, and they don’t feel like they are being “burnt out.” The biggest lesson we have learned along the way is the importance of strong communication – both internally and with our clients. In a fast-paced industry like marketing, a communication slip-up can mean a missed deadline, a confused client, or worse. This is why we make it a priority to communicate and update each other constantly. Putting a big importance on communication has helped our team and clients be on the same page and generate greater results.

I would want anyone who is reading this to know that if I at the age of 23 could create a seven figure agency in two years, you can too. However, you must understand that building a business is far from easy and the daily grind often sucks. But be disciplined, consistent, and swing the bat hard, because who knows, you could hit a homerun.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I am not one to go out a lot, but I definitely love a good bite to eat. In the Bay Area, you have to check out Hero Ranch Kitchen in Saratoga and try the sushi bites – they are delicious. Whenever I am in Southern California, my favorite dinner spot has to be Javier’s in Newport Beach, their ceviche is amazing!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There are countless people that have played a part in where I am today. Good or bad, I am a firm believer that the cumulation of each and every experience creates who you are.

Thank you to my family for constant advice and love, you have supported me through my highs and lows. To my beautiful fiancée, thank you for being my emotional rock and reminding me to always remember how great life is. To my close friends, your support and encouragement has always been a huge boost, and I know I will always have you on my side.

To my team members at Infinite Views, the agency is literally nothing without you. Your hard work and dedication will never be overlooked.

And lastly, to the clients we have worked with, thank you for the continued support. Each and every one of you has helped our agency immensely, and we will continue to bring you the best.
