We had the good fortune of connecting with Vicky Keisler and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Vicky, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my business and brand achievements comes down to the interpersonal relationships I’ve forged over the years with both my cherished clients and my amazing staff. I feel that this synergy alongside the success of my product line has enabled me to establish myself as one of the best skincare solutions in South Orange County, California, and its surrounding areas.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Na’ava is unique because we offer a more budget-friendly alternative to laser procedures that can cost up to four times that of traditional plastic surgery or dermatology treatments. Although I’m endorsed by a board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Omeed Ahadiat, we do not shy away from tackling extreme cases of acne as that is our most popular treatment. I am also proud to have a bright and creative staff who blend exceptional customer service with technical expertise, creating a collaborative team dynamic that allows me to concentrate on catering to the needs of our valued clients while promoting Na’ava at the same time. Furthermore, my product line, Paniym Skin Care, works hand-in-hand with our treatments. “Paniym” is rooted in the Bible which means “face” and I chose this name to combine my belief in Karma and as a Buddhist living in America with the Christian values found in the Bible. This same intention influenced the name of my company, “Na’ava” Skin Care Spa, which translates to “beautiful.” What brings me the utmost pride is the fusion of my product line and company name, encapsulating the essence of “Beautiful Face.”

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
From as far back as I can recall, my grandmother’s presence loomed large, guiding me with her wisdom that grounded and maintained my faith as a Buddhist and my belief in Karma and in helping others. She gave me a sense of purpose after the loss of my parents at an early age left me grappling with unresolved feelings of abandonment. All the familiar landmarks of my childhood underwent a great shift as my grandmother instantly stepped into the role of being a much-needed presence in my life. It is with deep love and my missing her that I dedicate my present identity to her enduring memory.
