We had the good fortune of connecting with Tyler Kalisiak and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tyler, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
When starting my career in the nutrition space, I was 1) Trying to figure out how to create a good residual income monthly and 2) doing it with a need that my targeted customers would be drawn to, that in turn, would allow them to hit there goals/wants..

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Nothing in this life is easy that holds value haha. It’s definitely been a grind since day one, but it’s definitely gratifying to see your business help support and lead people to where they want to be in their current life.

In most businesses we get ourselves into, the product or service already exists. The separator between our services/ products is the customer experience that comes with them.

There’s quite a few people that have tried meal prep companies. Yes it free’s them from time, stress, worry and money when it comes to spending for food. However, most meal prep companies are either bland, no variety, small in size, soggy because of how it’s packaged, and no connection with the brand itself.

So I wanted to create a new experience and a new type of partnership that the consumer can have when it comes to a meal prep service/ company.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

I think there are a lot of great things that the city of Temecula offers if someone were to be specifically visiting here.

Locally, I would definitely take them into wine country to see and experience the beauty there that you can’t get in most places. I also like the vibe and different attractions that Old Town Temecula brings.

We have a lot of craft breweries and phenomenal restaurants as well. If it were people with my same interests, I would definitely take them road biking throughout Temecula 100% with the roads, environment and routes we have. Wineries, breweries as mentioned before, as well as visiting my coffee shop “The Coffee Shop” in Temecula.

Restaurants where we have great experiences are The Goat & Vine, Cork Fire, and Avensole Winery.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I really see the people that God put in my place, in helping me be directed on the journey with my career choices, and to the development of my business.

I had the “want” and the drive to do something big, while following what I am passionate about.

There was an initial mentor Greg Albertyn that gave me motivation to being pursuing my career in nutrition. Years later, it was a close friend of mine that encouraged me to create a service that specific customers can really capitalize with.
