Meet Tiffanie Glaze | Success Life and Business Coach + Nature Retreat Host

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffanie Glaze and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiffanie, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Alignment. The most important factor behind my success is operating from a place of alignment. If I stay true to what feels good to me, to what makes me happy, to what helps others and the world around me, then I am a success.
What should our readers know about your business?
In 2014, on a solo hike in South Korea, I was faced with a tough decision – keep the teaching job I had dreamed of since I was a little girl that came with safety and security -OR- take a leap of faith and jump into a world of unknowns and what-ifs that had potential to align with the things I valued most. Well needless to say I took that leap and Grounded by Nature Co. was created out of my love of nature and passion for teaching. Although starting my own business took time to actualize, the journey was really what allowed me to fulfill this endeavor. On my journey to starting Grounded by Nature Co. in 2021, I wore many different hats with many different companies and various organizations, I fell in love and had two beautiful children, and I went on a journey of self-discovery. This road is what ultimately led me to start a coaching and consulting company where now I support women along their journey and help them align their vision to their values, teach personal and professional development and coach women on strategies that help with making LONG LASTING change. My sweet spot is to do this work out in nature whenever I can. Working in nature not only helps us DISCONNECT from the outside world, but it helps us RECONNECT with ourselves while CONNECTING with others. Helping women achieve their lifelong dreams while using the warm embrace from Mother Nature is my purpose and I’m so glad I took that leap of faith that one spring day.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Walk the gardens of Balboa Park and hit up The NAT (an amazing place for visitors to learn about San Diego)’ May as well do the nighttime zoo too!
Take a hike in Mission Trails and go to the visitor center to learn more about the geology of San Diego.
One day we would go on a drive out to Julian and eat a piece of pie and then drive to Lake Cuyamaca.
Another day, we would probably go to the Hotel Del and take a walk on the beach. I love to watch the sand castle artist and eat the local food.
One night we would have to eat at Ponces Mexican food in Kensington and walk the neighborhood.
This would be an epic trip!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Here is a HUGE shoutout to Dr. Joe at Good Vibration Family Chiropractic. I’ve been seeing Dr. Joe for 6 years and his practice isn’t some place you go to cracked because your neck and back hurts. Good Vibes is a place where the doctors actually care about the whole person and funny enough they are all all about alignment as well. I for one, want to say a big thanks to Dr. Joe for not only being my doctor, but also for being an amazing friend and confidant over the years.
