We had the good fortune of connecting with Sheila Shokraee and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sheila, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I think the most important factor in the success of Sheila’s table is the artistic design and creativity that is used to produce every single box or platter . Each order is uniquely designed based on a theme , based on the season, and there is literally no product available similar to this brand. The superb quality, the freshness , the very detailed design of every single produce, the combination of colors, the creative patterns, the deliciousness , combination of the tastes, all make it a very enjoyable experience for my customers

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
You can call it one of the American dreams story. After migrating to the United States, I studied graphic design and found my passion in artistry, and specially creative design. Second year in college won a photography award and after graduation got busy with work, raising my children and building my life. As my kids became young adults, I realized I can focus more on my passion and my desire for creativity. From decorating my house the way I wanted to the way I arranged my gatherings , I added a spice of creative design in every aspect of my daily life. I think what differentiated me and made me successful was the fact that I never gave up on my passion and I embraced it in every aspect of my life. When it was the right moment, I utilized it to the fullest level of satisfaction by making it a key element of my career I want the world to know that Sheila’s table is indeed the real life example of a true passion. There are so many ups and downs in every persons life, and there could me many set backs, but if you stick with your passion and what you enjoy doing the most , life will be happier than ever and every one will see it. Sheila’s table products are made with such a passion and every one sees it, no question about that .

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I live in SanClemente. Founded by Ole Hanson in 1925 and called “Village by the Sea”, San Clemente is known for its beautiful beaches as one of the beach cities of Orange County , in Southern California Living few miles away from the beach, going to the beach and watching sun go down at sunset is part of my daily life. If it’s summer every day will be a beach day with dinning at San Clemente Pier restaurants while watching the sunset Weekends will be fun at down town San Clemente with lots of events, from concerts at the beach to surf tournaments, or classic car shows and ocean festival there are many fun activities and dining places to enjoy a getaway.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I really want to thank my friends and family as well as my community. Special thanks goes to my two boys, Koosha and Kian who supported me through this entire journey with their love, not to mention the technical support. From website ideas to social media and e-commerce they made it happen. Also to my husband, who is the legal and finance advisor of Sheila’s table.
