Hi Ramy & Michelle, what do you want people to remember about you?
We want the legacy of Pharaoh Photobooth to be that of a legacy built on customer satisfaction, as well as a legacy in which we truly capture the unique spirit of event through photos, boomerangs, and GIFS. Part of our legacy we hope to leave behind would be that our company is built on the foundation of customer satisfaction. We want people to remember us as a company that always went the extra mile to make sure their event was special. From personalized props to customized photo layouts, we aim to create a truly exceptional experience for every client. From the moment our clients book with us, and even after the event we want them to remember the entire experience as one that felt stress free. In addition, we also hope to be remembered for our ability to capture the true spirit of every event. Whether it’s a wedding full of love or a corporate event packed with energy, we want to preserve the raw emotions and moments that make each gathering unique.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At Pharaoh Photobooth, we’re all about creating memorable experiences for our clients, who’ve become family– through high-quality photo booths that add a touch of fun and elegance to any event. What sets us apart is not just the service we provide, but the experience we craft. From weddings and birthdays to corporate events and special celebrations, we tailor our booths to match the vibe of each occasion with a customizable experience, making sure every event feels unique.

What We’re Most Proud Of
We’re incredibly proud of the joy and excitement we bring to our clients’ events. Hearing people laugh, seeing them gather around our booths, and watching them share their photos is what drives us. Every smile captured and every memory made is a reflection of the hard work and love we continue put into this business day in and day out.

How We Got Here
Our journey hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been incredibly rewarding. Starting out, we faced the usual growing pains of any small business—learning to navigate marketing, client expectations, and logistics—but through persistence, passion, and a commitment to quality, we’ve managed to scale. One of the biggest challenges was finding our niche in a competitive market, but we focused on delivering exceptional customer service and creative innovation to set us apart.

Overcoming Challenges
Challenges are inevitable, but we embraced them as opportunities for growth. We overcame them by staying adaptable and listening to our clients. Whether it was tweaking our offerings to better suit client needs or staying ahead of the trends in event entertainment, we took each obstacle as a lesson learned. Perseverance and teamwork were key.

Lessons Learned
We’ve learned that success in business is about more than just providing a service—it’s about building relationships, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and continuously improving. One of our biggest lessons has been that customer satisfaction drives long-term success. Taking time to genuinely connect with clients, understand their vision, and deliver beyond their expectations has been crucial.

Our brand represents fun, creativity, and the magic of capturing moments that can be preserved forever. Just like the Egyptians built the pyramids brick-by-brick, we’re building memories with our clients layer by layer through quality experiences and photos. We want the world to know that we pour our heart into every event, and we’re incredibly thankful to be part of our clients’ most important memories. We do not take the assignment lightly. Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Yes! Finding spots with great views, and good food and experiences is key to a great time in So Cal! If we had a friend visiting the area we would:

Morning: Start with a scenic drive up to Laguna Beach, one of the most picturesque beach towns in SoCal. Grab breakfast at Urth Caffé before heading out to explore the tide pools at Heisler Park.

Lunch: The Deck on Laguna Beach – A beachfront spot perfect for enjoying high quality seafood with your toes practically in the sand.

Afternoon: Spend some time browsing the local art galleries, and then take a hike at Crystal Cove State Park, where the trails offer breathtaking ocean views.

Dinner: Drive further down the coast and end our night at the one and only, Hotel Maya where we can enjoy their Mexican-Cuisine and fall asleep to and ocean breeze. Then, in the morning we will wake up to the sun rising over the waters of Long Beach.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
It truly takes a village to create something so unique, and special. Through the unwavering support of our employees, the network of photo booth owners and vendors in So Cal, and our family we would truly not be the award-winning photobooth company that we are today. First, our employees are second to none! We couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work, dedication, and passion that they bring to each and every photo booth event. Because of their commitment, we’ve scaled our photo booth business to new heights. In addition, we’d love to shout out the entire Southern California Photo booth owners group, and all the DJ’s and venues and vendors, who’ve become friendors! A true definition of community over competition. A group of people who constantly have believed in us, helped us learn more and grow more. Without their network of support, we would not be who we are today. Last but not least, our family! Our parents for believing in us, and our sisters/sister in-laws for inspiring us to take a risk in starting our small business. Above all, we are truly grateful to God for blessing our photo booth business and guiding us on this incredible journey. Here’s to many more milestones, memories, and moments of success!
