We had the good fortune of connecting with Pamela Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Pamela, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
When I first got started, I was incredibly nervous about taking this step. I didn’t realize when I was taking my first course that I was going to learn how to start a business. But…I completed the course, received energy healing (through Reiki) for the first time, and thought to myself, “I could probably do this”. As many do, I went down the rabbit hole on energy healing, paranormal, crystals, divination and many other topics. After getting a better understanding on this topic and what it means to be an energy healer, I decided to take the step toward starting this business.

I was completely supported by my Husband and Family, especially because I was not working at the time. But I was encouraged by them to do something that makes me happy to get up every day to do.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
First – nothing about getting started is easy! I think it takes the right amount of confidence and knowledge to take the first step. I was lucky enough to have those 2 ingredients and all the support I needed around me in order to create what I have created so far.
I started Eclectic Spiritual Healing, without have a very clear picture. I knew that I wanted to help other people and be able to discuss natural healing. Over time, the picture became clearer. I take a holistic approach to preventing and reversing disease, an alternative medicine base on the energy that flows within the body. Healing mind-body-spirit for me is about balancing your chakras through the elements. The goal of energy healing is to balance and realign. It is used to reduce stress and anxiety, promote wellbeing, and more. I work with the 5 elements: Earth, Wind, Fire, Water and Spirit These elements help guide my passion and have cultivated my lifestyle with energy healing. Working with the elements help to center a direct the healing of the chakras. I offer a philosophy and sense of place, an understanding of the relationship between the planet and animal kingdom and of our planet and home. Eclectic Spiritual Healing is committed to providing knowledge and guidance through spiritual energy healing.

Aside from seeing clients one on one, I have created a Spiritual Wellness Magazine, Crystal Journal, Candle Journal, and more! I designed these items the way it would’ve helped me when I first got started. These items have led to a clear picture of the way I see ESH continuing.

I provide elemental modalities with a strong chakra focus:
Crystal Reiki (Earth Element)
High Frequency Vibrational Healing (Fire Element)
Spiritual Guidance (Air Element)
Hand Reflexology (Water Element).
I have created an Elemental Practitioner School (Starting in 2025) but have been teaching many of the courses that will be offered.
I also offer Paranormal Investigations and Home/Business Cleansings or Clearings (Spirit).

I “went back to the drawing board” many, many times. This has been a process, but it has been SO worth it. I have finally gotten to a place where I feel that my business has a clear direction and solid boundaries on where to focus. For anyone who is just getting started…if you have a desire but aren’t sure if you should, keep going! Trust your gut, but don’t give up. You will thank yourself one day.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would start with my town of Ramona. A local spot to eat up there that we enjoy is, Up The Hill Grill. Great service and amazing food. And then from there, maybe take them on an impromptu paranormal investigation in Old Town San Diego and enjoy some of the food there also. From there…
Beach – Mission Beach (because of the boardwalk), La Jolla (the prettiest)
Beach City – Encinitas (cutest shops, modern beach vibe)
Mountain – Julian (great hikes, rich history, fun shops, amazing apple pie!)
Downtown – Def catch a Padre Game (and check out any paranormal spots – Horton Grand – or wait for the night life in the Gaslamp)
San Diego Wild Animal Park – Away from the city and full of amazing animals!

Luckily, living in San Diego you can visit the beach, the mountains, the city and everywhere in between in a matter of days.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Brian Williams, My Husband – I quit my corporate job because I was so unhappy there. He supported my decision and encouraged me to find something that made me happy. He is my biggest supporter, and I am lucky to have him in my corner.

Linda Marsh, My Mom – She has been my rock and best friend for so long. Every time I come up with a “new idea” she always wants me to try it on her. Ever since my Dad passed away, it’s only been her and I. I am so grateful to her for everything.

Danielle Escalante, Reiki Master – Danielle is AMAZING! She provided my first energy healing session and has been a bright light of guidance to get me to where I am now. Our relationship has blossomed bigger than I could have ever imagined, and I am so excited for what the future holds.
