Hi Martin, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
Hard work every day, besides of not stoping from learning everyday. Been honest with the people I work with, taking care of my employees.

What should our readers know about your business?
I have been in the restaurant business and as chef the last 38 years of my life The ride has been great , sometimes up sometimes down , but always with the correct actitude
Restaurant business is a hard work and you really have to love it, love to serve people and make people happy with what I do
This business make me travel around the world and I have meet amazing people through the years

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I am fortunate to live my life in 2 world , San Diego , where I live and tijuana where I work. San Diego has the best of the world, great towns like La Jolla, coronado island , the beaches , great restaurants and beautiful spots to visit
Tijuana a great metropolis, amazing food and restaurants, close enough to valle de guadalupe, Tecate .
Beautiful beaches and great hard working people

To my wife which has been part of my success and my 4 son’s My parents who gave me my optunity of study overseas
