We had the good fortune of connecting with Mario Beltran and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Mario, what are you inspired by?
What am I inspired by? Well, fashion inspired me a lot . Also female rappers . Cardi B , Megan the stallion , Bia , Doja Cat ect. Stitch and Hennessy are known for what they wear from collars , chains , cuffs , wardrobe . We want to give a huge shout out to instagram pages @gucci_gioversace_frenchies & @frenchconnboutique their accessories are out of this world ! Cuffs and collars always leave us speechless.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
So this started with just posting on Instagram, I just started to post stitch making funny videos he was a baby and people were loving it . Then Hennessy came along . & I started to post her as well they became this crazy Duo especially after dressing Henny as if she was a baby girl ahaha people started to love the dressing up so we ended up buying so much clothing for them. Blogs started to reach out and ask if they can do an article on them . People started to ask if we can collab with them, host events , interview us, do commercials , model , fashion shows , ect now they have all these stores sending them stuff I feel like this just happened overnight it all happened quick. It’s not easy managing pet influencers there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes & how do I overcome those challenges is by not caring what others think let’s just leave it at that. The lessons I have learned along the way are that dogs are just like babies they are basically kids they want to be loved and they love you no matter what.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting the area and we wanted to show them the best time ever I’d probably take them to Huntington Beach ! It’s amazing out there a lot of dog friendly places . But the hotel we would stay at would be Pasea Hotel & Spa which is a dog Friendly hotel they have a in-house café, good eats and good vibes are always on the menu. Steps from the beach and a short walk to the iconic Huntington Beach Pier. There’s so much to do out there you have to go out and check it out yourself .
