We had the good fortune of connecting with Maddison Levine and Natasha Keitges and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Maddison & Natasha, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
As a team we have taken an initiative to give back. Philanthropy is a big part of who we are. We feel we have been very fortunate both professionally and personally so we have made it our goal to seek out different people and organizations that may need help.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As Business Development Specialists in the world of San Diego real estate, our dynamic partnership and innovative company is what sets the SD Coastal Team apart. As business partners for 4 years, our revenue has more than doubled since joining forces. While consistently working to enhance and grow our business, we cultivated a sisterhood unlike any other. Getting to where we are today as recognized sales leaders in our industry, has been challenging at times, but is the most rewarding career we could have ever asked for. Working for a company with unparalleled leadership starting from our CEO, Masud Sarwary has undeniably helped us thrive through adversity. Right when the pandemic hit, each and every employee from Administrative Assistants, to Escrow Officers, to Marketing played a pivotal role in not only keeping us up and running, but to do so AND break all of our revenue records not just for SD Coastal Team, but for Foundation Escrow as a whole. If we could tell the world one thing about our story, it’d be that a huge part of ‘success’, whatever that may mean to you, is aligning yourself with people who build you up and want to see you flourish & prosper. “A flower does not think of competing to the flower next to it, it just blooms.” (SD Coastal Team- Natasha Keitges/Maddison Levine)
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When out of towners come to visit, we love taking friends and family to the diverse restaurants and shops San Diego has to offer. We also are huge advocates of shopping local and supporting small businesses! Some of our favorite local spots for food & drinks are Dirty Birds, Beamont’s, Enotecca Adriano, Second Nature, the Fishery, Wonderland, Cesarina…the list goes on! For shops we’d go to Pangea Outpost (awesome store to get lost in with great gifts), OB Farmer’s market is a must, and to pick one more…Mimi & Red. To go hang out, some of our ideal spots to take visitors would be Mount Soledad for the view and hike, Sunset Cliffs, Little Italy, La Jolla, & the Hotel Del.Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
It all started at our favorite local Gym, Performance 360. Natasha and Maddison both met working out and the rest is history. We would not be where we are today if it was not for the amazing gym community.
