Meet Lital Diament | Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Lital Diament and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lital, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
My business is built upon women helping women, by women. We take mental health seriously and one of our goals is to make sure that every woman is listened to, heard, and accepted.
We believe in the power of connection and the importance of preserving each precious moment we share with our clients.
Our practice is built on a foundation of empathy, authenticity, and respect, ensuring that women receive the care and support they deserve.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I consider myself the heart behind Diament Wellness. With a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Northridge, and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Phillips Graduate Institute, I have brought a wealth of knowledge to help individuals and families thrive.
I have expertise that spans trauma-informed care, Brainspotting therapy, EMDR, and perinatal mood disorders. My holistic approach creates a safe haven for exploring, healing, and growth. Whether one is navigating trauma, life changes, or perinatal challenges, I am committed to guiding you towards resilience and emotional well-being.
Embodying values of empathy, inclusivity, and respect, I craft collaborative partnerships with my clients. My approach is rooted in understanding, acceptance, and empowerment, empowering individuals to uncover strengths and embark on a journey of holistic healing. I am a certified Integrative Mental Health Professional as well as a Certified Yoga Instructor. I also employ 10 individuals and supervise a student in which I teach them legal, ethical, and treatment approaches as well as modalities that would benefit their practice and their patients.
Starting a private practice that is based in telehealth exclusively was a challenge in the beginning. Many people wanted to utilize in office approaches. Once they were given the psychoeducation and research, I found that people were open to telehealth services.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Considering that I am a transplant to Montana, I would begin by taking them on a hike in where nature is all around us! There are great restaurants to consider such as The Marble Table, Spitz in downtown Billings, or even Sophies Kitchen on Shiloh Road. Helping them to lean into a life that thrives on slowing down and letting go; I would show them how to live more peacefully and focus less on the materialistic wealth that is ‘required’ of them in states like, California. I would show them the beautiful towns, mountains, and livestock that surrounds us.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I had several mentors who helped shape not only the way that I practice, they also shaped the way that I teach. In particular, both mentors were based out in California. One of mentors taught me how to use a directive and yet a compassionate approach. The other mentor taught me how to be an effective supervisor and how to work with families and couples.
