We had the good fortune of connecting with Karrie Rodriguez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Karrie, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
You know to keep going if you still have the passion for it. If you’re doing something that you enjoy doing and it brings joy to you then there’s no question whether to keep on going or not you just keep going. Now if you dread what you do every day then it’s something you definitely should give up and look into something where you do enjoy you doing. Running a business isn’t for everybody but if you’re truly passionate about it then you’ll make it work against all odds.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I first opened my business December 2019. It wasn’t something I had planned but I had always wanted to own my own business and then opportunity came along to run my own business. When I first open my main goal was to and still is to make flowers affordable for funerals but also for when people go visit their loved ones at the cemetery. I had lost my sister in 2018 and I noticed when ordering the flowers for her funeral how expensive flowers are and how every time we would take her flowers it would get pricey. When losing a loved one you tend to spend a lot of money to give your loved one a proper burial and flowers can get pretty pricey and everyone deserves flowers when they have passed. I try to provide the most affordable arrangements and the fresh flowers for our customers. Whether you’re just stopping by to pick up a bouquet to visit your loved one at the cemetery or placing an order with us for a funeral. I do provide flowers for everyone and all occasions but my main focus is to spread love to those Who have lost someone and make the process as easy as possible when ordering from us. I do encourage everyone to give your loved ones flowers while they can still smell them bring a little smile too there life while you still can.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The people I wanna show recognition to is my mother and brother. My mom has contributed a lot to my business and helped me start it up and my brother helps me out when he can. I work the shop myself so any little help I can get it always appreciated.
