We had the good fortune of connecting with Kareece St George and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kareece, what principle do you value most?
There are a few values that matters the most to me. They are discipline, honesty and ethical. In order to be successful and accomplish your goals one must be disciplined, being honest and ethical. Many people watch and pay attention so it’s important to be truthful and always do the right thing.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I actually own and operate 2 businesses, K.S.S. Cosmetics,LLC and K.S.S. Notary Services, LLC. I decided to start a business to assist others with resumes and cover letters as well as notary services and since I love makeup, I wanted to start a cosmetics business as well. It was certainly not easy, one must do the research on the products and services we want to offer as well as understanding the state and federal laws on owning a business. I learned to listen to others and make sure you are educated and well versed in your field of business. I want the world to know that if you want to do something, do it.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Here, in Jacksonville Florida, definitely the restaurants in the Town Center, Naval Air Station Jacksonville, St Augustine downtown and the beach, in door skydiving and much more! I love to try new things and try different restaurants. It’s important to travel around and enjoy what’s out there.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I dedicate my shoutout to my family, and my closest friends. They mean the world to me and keep me motivated and grounded, blessed to have them.
