We had the good fortune of connecting with Jennifer Henkle and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jennifer, maybe we can start at the very start – the idea – how did you come up with the idea for your business?
I’m a ceritified Reiki and Breathwork practitioner who facilitates private Reiki and Breathwork sessions as well as transformational Community Sister Circles.

It all began when I experienced a life-changing event with my daughter Emma, who was 5 at the time when she needed emergency brain surgery. There was a hum in the universe that became very distinct. This hum was a culmination of the prayers, intentions and energy of all the good surrounding my daughter, I felt the Universe rose to carry her- it was from the highest source.

My life was transformed forever. My world shifted – it got quiet, I got still. Things that didn’t matter fell away. I was in complete gratitude for the support and healing my daughter received. Emma’s experience was my greatest teacher.

Shortly after Emma’s surgery, I sought out a Reiki practitioner. During my Reiki session, I felt a connection to the highest source, like I had felt when my world got quiet and still with Emma.

Through the practices of Breathwork and Reiki I began to shed layers. I felt more alive than I ever had. This feeling inspired me to become certified in both Breathwork and Reiki. It is my intention to share with others the same feelings of fulfillment and strength and to spread healing from the highest source.

My first Sister Circle was such a powerful experience for both me and my clients. Eventually, I had a huge community of people wanting to tap into the magic of Breathwork and Reiki. My practice has grown immensely over the past year, and I’m truly honored to hold space for these amazing women.

Each session, each circle, these healing modalities touch their souls and guide them within, so they can be the greatest version of themselves. Through Pranayama Breathwork and Usui Reiki, you gain an incredible sense of clarity and peace, My clients trust me to guide and support their journey.

What should our readers know about your business?
I facilitate 2 stage Pranayama yogic breath and Usui and Holy Fire Reiki. It is hard to get quiet in this busy world. My philosophy is that it’s time to stop the busyness, the noise and go within. When you listen to your heart’s desires, you will feel empowered to find the answers reside within. Through Breathwork and Reiki I will guide you back home to yourself so that you can remember who you were before you tried to be everything you were told to be. It is rewarding, through my business that I am able to provide a space and healing modalities that allow for quiet and transformation to begin. Witnessing clients gain confidence, clarity and overcome challenges in life is a joy. In each session I work with you to set intentions, goals and guide you to reach your highest potential. Providing energy healing to my clients optimizes the ability for them to reignite their desires and goals.

For the most powerful experience, I utilize both these healing modalities in facilitating Sister Circles. Sister Circles are the oldest form of social interaction, I am so honored to be able to facilitate them with much success. The women who attend have communicated that they feel very safe, empowered, and supported in the unique space I provide.

Pranayama Breathwork is a completely safe practice where you breathe through the mouth for the entirety of the session. I describe Breathwork as an opportunity to surpass the ego access your subconscious, where your authenticity and intuition can be best tapped into. Yow will be able to exhale the past and inhale the future. This practice gives your brain’s executive functioning something to focus on, so you can bypass the mental level of consciousness and drop into a deeper state of consciousness, where healing, spirit, and love reside. You will ultimitaley feel clearheaded, gain clarity and focus.

Reiki is a natural, hands-on healing technique that balances you physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I believe it is possible for you to release negative emotions and energies that no longer serve you. We will work specifically with your core beliefs and energy to bring about more joy, fulfillment, and peace. In your Reiki session, I simply channel the energies to a focus or intention that will benefit you,. It reduces stress and induces deep relaxation. It promotes healing of the mind, body, and spirit. You will feel the benefits of having optimized your energy

Women gathering in Circle is the oldest form of social interaction. I create a space where we share collective wisdom, set intentions, and heal. Sister Circles are a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported. We let go of judgment of ourselves and others, and we listen with the intent to learn. In a Sister Circle you will be supported, encouraged, and transformed.

It is my intention to spread healing from the highest source. May you feel the warmth and love that I did.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Orange is strategically located where you can do something as simple as enjoy the history of orange at the quaint circle on Glassell, Visit the Anaheim packing house for an array of delicious cuisine. Take in a baseball game at the Angels stadium, spend multiple days at Disneyland and take a drive down the coast to lounge at the beautiful beaches.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I am grateful to receive endless support from my family. My husband and two children are continuously encouraging and supporting my journey. They are proud of me and the work that I am doing. Knowing that my children witness love, healing, and community motivates me to continue spreading the benefits of Reiki and Breathwork. Starting this business has enriched my relationship with my father. Not only does he offer his support but he has also been a business mentor. My Reiki master, Linda Giangregorio, continues to offer her love, support and energy into my life. I am eternally thankful to the phenomenal women that are my clients, their growth, transformation, and willingness inspires me.
