Meet Janitzio Leal | Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Janitzio Leal and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Janitzio, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
TireTech started from noticing how inconvenient and stressful traditional tire shops can be. People often lose hours waiting, rearranging their schedules, or dealing with unexpected tire issues at the worst times. We realized there had to be a better, more convenient solution.
That’s when the idea of a mobile tire service came in bringing professional tire and wheel services directly to customers at home, work, or on the road. Our goal was to save people time, provide honest and transparent service, and make the entire experience easier and more reliable. We didn’t just want to fix tires we wanted to create a service people can truly depend on.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
TireTech is a mobile tire and wheel service built around convenience, reliability, and trust. We bring professional tire services directly to our customers whether they’re at home, work, or stuck on the road so they don’t have to spend hours waiting at a traditional tire shop. Our goal has always been to make car maintenance easier and less stressful.
What sets us apart is our focus on customer experience. We believe in honest communication, transparent pricing, and treating every customer like family. Many people feel overwhelmed or unsure when dealing with car issues, so we make it a priority to educate customers and make the process simple and comfortable.
Building TireTech wasn’t easy. Like most small businesses, we started from the ground up, learning as we went and overcoming challenges along the way. Long days, unexpected obstacles, and the pressure of growing a business taught us resilience and the importance of consistency and great service.
What we’re most proud of is the trust we’ve built in our community and the relationships we’ve created with our customers. We want people to know that TireTech is more than just a tire service we’re a dependable solution people can count on when they need help the most.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting for a week, Little Italy in San Diego would definitely be one of our main stops. It has such a great mix of food, views, and walkable spots. We’d start with coffee and pastries, then spend time walking through the neighborhood, checking out the shops and the waterfront nearby.
For food, we’d do a long dinner in Little Italy there are so many amazing Italian restaurants, dessert spots, and gelato places that make the whole experience feel lively and fun. The atmosphere at night is one of my favorite parts of the city.
We’d also spend time around the Embarcadero, Seaport Village, and Coronado for beach views and sunsets. San Diego is all about the outdoors, so a mix of great food, ocean views, and relaxing walks would be the perfect itinerary.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We want to give a huge shoutout to my family for being the biggest support system behind TireTech. Starting and growing a business takes long hours, sacrifices, and a lot of faith, and they’ve been there through every step of the journey. This business wouldn’t be where it is today without their love, patience, and constant motivation.
