We had the good fortune of connecting with jahn beadle and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi jahn, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I worked professionally in the Music Industry for many years for major record labels and artist management companies. After several years of earning a salary with no share of the profits when I ran successful projects, I came to the realization that I needed to have a share of the ownership in order to really see anything other than just a salary. With that in mind I quit my job and started my own businesses. No doubt it was a daunting task and scary to know there was no security blanket of a consistent paycheck each week, but I knew I had to take the leap of faith and take the risk.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
In my industry there are a lot of moving parts and different types of gear needed to complete the job, so my company tries to be the “One-Stop” location that has almost everything needed for the job, if I don’t have it I will locate and rent it to keep the production running smooth. In addition to that I lean heavily into branding my company, from clothing to all my gear having my logo placed on it, I believe branding is a great way to make your business memorable which leads to continued business and repeat bookings.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
One of my favorite places to visit is Malibu, its a short drive out of the city but a whole world apart. A visit to explore Point Dume and a stop at Malibu Seafood is one of my favorite ways to spend a day away from the chaos of the city and take in some beautiful scenery and amazing sunsets.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are a handful of people that have mentored me and taught me skills along my path to success, specifically Damien Sandoval, Matt Stanley and Royale Visions. They all have been instrumental in my path to success and supported my journey in terms of teaching me technical skills, business techniques and how to conduct myself in the face of adversity.
