We had the good fortune of connecting with Ishita Bhama and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ishita, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is trust, faith, and absolute surrender. In my line of work as a psychic and energy healer, there has to be a lot of of trust, faith, and surrender from my side and my client’s side. I need to be in trust, faith, and surrender that by putting myself out there and offering my healing and intuitive services, people who are ready to invest in themselves and heal their lives will come to work with me. My clients have to be in trust, faith, and surrender because they are letting someone help them on their healing journey whether that is through a workshop, reading, or a full 6 month training with me. This requires them to be brave and also allow the deepest, most unhealed parts of themselves to be revealed and released. This takes courage.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a psychic, medium, and energy healer. My mission is to guide you to deep healing and developing your intuitive abilities. I rely on my intuitive abilities such as clairvoyance – the ability to see energies and entities, clairaudience – the ability to hear energy, claircognizance – the ability to just know information, and clairsentience- the ability to feel energy, with clairvoyance being one of my strongest abilities. I am a healer which means that I help you move out the energy that is no longer serving you and keeping you in stuck patterns that do not match the life you are wanting to create and live. I heal this energy through workshops, my 6 month Divine Feminine Intuition Container where people learn how to tune into their innate psychic gifts and heal their life while manifesting their life goals, and through personal readings. I can read everything from your aura, financial and career situation, past lives, pets, cleanse and heal your home, relationships, your spirit guides, next steps in certain situations in life, soul contracts you have with people, and even channeled your loved ones who have passed. My work is ultimately for people to come to a place where they can stand in their own power and feel seen and trust themselves so that they can move to the next level of their amazing lives. I am not someone who predicts the future and believes that it is set in stone. I read and heal what is happening in present time in my client’s life and if they continue on the path they are on, they may end up in certain energetic situations. I believe we have free will, so whatever information and communication I provide in a space with a client, I always remind them that they are the creator of their own Universe and they can have the power to take the information and decide what they want to do with it. They usually leave feeling seen, heard, loved, validated and lighter, and able to stand more with their own truth. Psychics have been given the bad reputation by media that they will tell the future that is set in stone and it is something extremely scary. If someone is a true psychic, they are never going to force any advice upon anyone, people will be coming to them willingly, and information that is given is always of their best and highest good and never meant to scare people.

I was born a gifted clairvoyant and learned how to harness my abilities through psychic training. I am so grateful to have taught others tools and techniques to connect deeply with their intuition and deeply heal their lives in the process. I am constantly finding that my work with spirit surprises me as well as my clients in the most beautiful and positive of ways.

I am most proud of the fact that some of my clients have made some amazing changes in their lives and come into the authenticity of who they are. They have healed things from infertility, financial struggles, stress making their dreams come true, finding the loves of their lives, and becoming more self assured in who they are and what they want. It has been so magical to see what even 1 hour of work can do with a person to dramatically change their lives. This work is extremely rewarding and I truly do feel like it is making the world a better and more healed place.

I never imagined that I would be here with my business and doing this work full time. The way I got here with my business was that people who had worked with me in the past were always referring me to others, so my business got some traction through word of mouth. Many people in my life started to suggest that I try building my business or even start with getting my work out on social media. I didn’t really know what I was going to do or how I was going to do it, but I figured I would just start it anyway. I also trusted in myself enough that if I was going to try this out that getting the right kind of mentorship would be what I would need, so I also ended up hiring a business coach. With all this combined and so many referrals coming my way, my business started to grow quicker than I could have ever imagined. Some days it definitely wasn’t easy and I had my doubts, but just went those doubts would creep in, I would surrender, have faith in the Universe and trust that if I was in a particular situation with my business, I was meant to be there temporarily and I could rely on my intuition to lead me to the next path out of it. That is what continued to happen and I continued to persist through it all and believe. Ups and downs are inevitable in business, but your mindset and faith and belief in yourself is always in your control.

I want the world to know that my mission through my world is to help people deeply heal and step into the joy of life that they are meant to live by tapping to their intuition. I believe we are all intuitive beings. We all have gut feelings, a “vibe” about something or someone, an inner voice that tells us to turn left and not right, and dreams that give us so many special answers. My work is to help people strip away at what blocks the in-built personal guidance system that we as humans have been conditioned out of using, even though we have had and relied on it for centuries. Magic happens when you open up to your intuition and you become unstoppable. Once we tap into this magic and heal the things that have been keeping us held back from our intuition, we get to shine as the light that we are and that inspires others to do the same and it is a ripple effect through the whole world. I truly believe that if you want to heal the world, you must heal yourself. What is also so special and important about this work is that I get to heal myself while others heal because oftentimes they are mirrors of what we need to heal within ourselves. As I get to heal and work with more people, I get to have the ability to open myself up to more people who need more and different kinds of healing. It’s a life long process which never ends, and it is one that leads to immense self love, self awareness, and pure joy.

-Get ice cream at Van Leeuwen
-Go to the Broad
-Get Dinner at Bestia

Thursday
-Head to Joshua Tree and stay there overnight

Friday
-Spend the day in Palm Springs and stay at La Serena Villas

Saturday
-Eat brunch at Ella and then walk around Beverly Hills for the day!
-Eat dinner at Eataly
-Head to the Bungalow in Santa Monica for drinks

Sunday
-Go to CiCis for Green Tea Tiramisu Pancakes
-Shop at Moonastar in Topanga (one of my favorite places to shop and do readings at!)
-Head to Zuma Beach
-Get pizza from Endless Color
-Have a Harry Potter Marathon and get through as much as we can for our last night
