We had the good fortune of connecting with Hai Dinho and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Hai, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business is freedom. The one thing that I can always say I am very blessed and lucky to have is that I always knew what I wanted to do. If you look at most people right now and ask any college graduate anywhere in the world, “Hey what’s your future goals with this major you just got”, 9 times out of 10 they will be unsure of how to apply that major into the real world or confused on what to do next. The one thing that I realized young after working multiple jobs throughout college was that, I didn’t want to work for anyone else, I want to work for myself. So I knew that you have to start your on business and become an entrepreneur.

What should our readers know about your business?
Everyday Biz Solutions LLC Provides B2B Clienteles Top Tier Satisfaction Through Our ATM, Merchant Processing & Vending Machine Service In San Diego. We never call ourself the best, we leave that up to the people. One trait that I believe sets us apart from other competitors in this industry Is that we are a “one stop shop”. Convenience and efficiency Is our company’s goal, which to us means making it easier for other business owners to adopt various services we can provide all at once. We are also proud to expand from northern California to now catering the San Diego territory. We got to where we are today from one advice Elon Musk discussed in a interview. He said, “If you want to reach your long term goals… start by working backwards”. What he is implying, is break the long term goals into each quarter, then break each quarter goals into months and from months break it down into days while utilizing time blocks. After having all of our goals written down on paper, the only person stopping us is ourself. But we are blessed to have a team of hardworking individuals which contributed in exceeding our quarterly and one year goals. The biggest lesson that we learned throughout this journey is that not everything will go as planned. You must have plan A all the way to plan Z in order to overcome any scenario that would occur. To finish off this question I would love the world to know that this is a family owned business and we are just warming up this year.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My favorite spots in the city are the La Jolla swings, Dave’s Chicken and Ocean beach. I am still exploring the city and adding more spots to my list but there are my current go to.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
It would be a lie If I identified myself as “self made”. I jumped head first into this business my freshman year of college and I would not be where I am today without my aunt Thu Ha. She is one of the few people that supported me throughout this entrepreneurship journey and believing in me from the get-go. As a young buck in this ruthless world, she mentored and guided me through certain life obstacles from her past experiences and wisdom. My mother Angie Nguyen also played an important role throughout this journey. Although she did not see my vision at first, I can confidently say that I have her support and faith in becoming a successful business owner after seeing my potential with this business. My girlfriend, Alyssa Morris was crucial in my early stages of this business. She is always there talking me out of quitting when I hit my lowest points or face certain obstacles. To one of my best friends Aaron Falcon for listening to my crazy business ideas, deep conversations about life as well as pushing me to test my limits. Thank you to his mother Cathy Falcon for mentoring me on developing a successful business like her’s where she runs with her husband (Bay Home & Window). To finish this off, shoutout to the co-founders Tien Pham, Viet Dinh and Ha Dinh on pushing me to develop into the leader that I strive to be.
