Meet Drew Seldin | Co-Owner of Comic Con Revolution

We had the good fortune of connecting with Drew Seldin and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Drew, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Comic Con Revolution was founded on very simple principles. We are excited to celebrate comics and the creative arts. At the absolute core of what we do are the creators themselves. The people who create the comics, games, toys, film, movies and more that we all love. Without their tireless dedication to creating the fantastic worlds we all get lost in events like Comic Con Revolution would not be possible


Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Having worked in the convention space for years for other companies my partners and I always saw situations where we would have made different decisions or choices then those of the business owner. That was the main reason for James, Mike and me launching our own show. Making the final decisions, right or wrong in putting the show together that we wanted to do. We always say that if having your own business was easy everyone would do it. It takes hard work but in my humble opinion definitely requires a little bit of luck to make it successful.

Every decision made in planning a show is often a learning experience, some go great while others are painful and do keep you up at night. Happily we have made more correct then incorrect choices and the show is entering its 6th year in May of 2023 when Comic Con Revolution returns to Ontario California.
