We had the good fortune of connecting with Daría Konoverska and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Daría, any advice for those thinking about whether to keep going or to give up?
I believe that in any case, you can not give up. Man should not have a dream, but a goal. Only with a great desire of perseverance can man achieve something. If you make mistakes, you must never give up. I started out this way, I too have had and have had difficult situations, but I know what I want, so I don’t give up. It didn’t work out? Start again, draw conclusions from past situations and try until you reach your goal. It should always be remembered.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m just a person like everyone else. I guess I can stand out a little bit with my individual character traits, appearance, image and maybe talent. But I understand that there are people better than me, more successful than me, I aspire to the same level. I’m working with it almost every day, it’s not easy, but It worth it. I learned that you always have to be yourself, help people and be kind and give love to everyone. I want to make a definite contribution to people and create something that no one has done before. And that my work will benefit people and make them happier.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I really like my second city, Kiev. It’s big and full of opportunities. In fact, there’s a lot to see here. It’s full of museums, parks, attractions… I would recommend to visit places with Ukrainian food and try Ukrainian national dishes. It can be famous borsch with salo and pampushki or vareniki with different fillings to any taste. I’m addiction, we have the most beautiful girls, it’s truth. So, come to Ukraine and immerse yourself in our culture!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to thank all the people who have been in my life, brought me a useful experience and made me who I am and also the people who surround me now, my family. I don’t have many, but I am grateful to my family and close friends who share good and bad times in my life with me.
