Meet Crystal Keath | Life and Breathwork Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Crystal Keath and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Crystal, the decisions we make often shape our story in profound ways. What was one of the most difficult decisions you’ve had to make?
My most difficult decision was one that I knew for a long time had to be done. It wasn’t until I truly felt the discomfort from the insanity of doing the same thing over and over and wishing it would turn out differently that I was finally able to quit drinking, using drugs and stay sober.
For years, I embraced a very Las Vegas nightlife lifestyle while serving as a cocktail waitress. The party lifestyle was all around me from my place of work, my friends and at home. It seemed like everywhere I turned, someone was offering me a drink or doing a drug. It was normal to me and I really couldn’t see a way to get away from it.
Once the pandemic shut down the world, I had the perfect opportunity to get on a “regular” daytime schedule, start a life coaching business with my new certification, and build this whole new career that I had been slowly working towards.
I quickly realized I had a bigger problem than I realized and the path I wanted to be on as a life coach and the path had been on were not compatible with with each other. I was tired of waking up hung over, feeling worthless, unmotivated and uninterested in life or my business.
On July 4th, 2020 I woke up hung over, of course, and decided it was time. I had to start making decisions that support me and the lifestyle I was looking to create. This decision was the start of a complete change of life for me from the activities I engaged in to the people I surrounded myself with. I had to become someone new if I wanted things to change. That is when I discovered that when you take a big leap, you will be supported. The people and things you need will show up. That is what happens when you put yourself first and make a decision to better your life. So while this was the hardest decision of my life, it was also the best decision I have ever made. Choosing me has changed my life for the better in ways I never thought possible.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a Life Coach and HypnoBreathwork® Coach specializing in Flow State. What that means is that I use my life coaching background combined with my education in HypnoBreathwork® to help high achievers connect to flow state so they can optimize the impact they are here to make in the world by amplifying productivity, enhancing decision making and accessing new levels of success through taking intuitive action. I work with people 1-on-1, in group classes and I hold retreats twice a year and I am a founding coach of the Mastry App which features HypnoBreathwork® exclusively.
First, if you’ve never heard of HypnoBreathwork® before, let me explain…HypnoBreathwork® is the most efficient tool I have found for building self-awareness and expanding your consciousness. It uses 3 key components:
1. A conscious breathing pattern to clear stuck energy and emotions from the body
2. Hypnosis to reprogram subconscious beliefs
3. Visioning to create new neural pathways for sustainable behavior change.
The process of building my business has not been easy but has been worth it 1000%. When you’re doing healing work on yourself and building your business healing others, you can bet life is going to make sure you are walking the walk as well. Fortunately, I have a solid support team around me and the #1 tool for growth and development (HypnoBreathwork®).
I have learned and am still reminded of regularly that we need to speak our truth because people need to hear what you have to say. Sometimes we can get in our head and feel what we have to say is unimportant but that is the farthest thing form the truth. Also, that it’s ok to ask for help- so many of us have been programmed that asking for help means we are weak, incapable, etc but the reality is, it’s not sustainable or efficient to try and do all of the things all on your own. I am thankful to have many coaches and that’s a big. part of why I love being a coach,
I am beyond excited to share this powerful, experiential therapy with the world and create a culture of taking action from a more heart-centered space. There is a magic that happens when you show someone how to access their inner wisdom to guide them and when they take action from that space, they get to see for themselves what they are capable of. That is self-empowerment at it’s finest! THAT is what I want the world to connect to… their own power. We would live in a very different place if everyone knew how powerful they truly are.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The first thing we would do is go to the mountain… Mt. Charleston that is. I am a nature girl all the way and Las Vegas has easy access to some excellent nature spots that don’t feel like you’re in Vegas. I would also take them to Red Rock for more hiking amongst the beautiful bright red rocks and burros.
We would absolutely have to go to Hoover Dam because it really is mind-blowing and then relax in Boulder City!
Eventually, we would make our way to the Strip because, I’m not going to front, it is spectacular and there are some of the best restaurants in the world there!!! We would start at one end and make our way down to the other, checking out the Bellagio Fountains, Caesar’s Palace, The Wynn and head all the way to downtown Las Vegas because downtown is where the real fun people watching is!!
We would have to spend a day at the spa at Cosmopolitan for massages and facials and then lounging at the beach at Mandalay Bay.
The grand finale of the trip would be to one of my favorite places, Area 15. This place is all about mind bending, immersive entertainment! Think feeling like you’re on psychedelics without the psychedelics!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
A few people deserve a big shout out for having a hand in my journey. First is my Kundalini Yoga instructor, Susana Webber. My kundalini practice is where I found the strength to finally quit and I really leaned into my practice even more when I got sober. From there, I found HypnoBreathwork and my mentor Francesca Sipma was a crucial part of where I am today. She taught me how to use the breathwork for more than just getting high on my own supply and instead, using it to do the deep healing work that needed to be done for me to reprogram my old patterns and stay sober.
