We had the good fortune of connecting with Chris Kittler and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chris, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
I think if you are able to define your path in your career and make decisions in your life that are in accordance to your values, beliefs and most importantly choose to do something that had makes you happy, that has a bigger purpose.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
7sherpas is a unique travel agency, we are experts in designing custom Sports Experiences around the world (US, South America, Europe). Our clientes are people who are willing to go where most people don’t, and with their own legs walking, running and riding a bike.

I believe that everyone needs and deserves to live life to the fullest… and this is what we deliver at 7sherpas through our trips.

Of course it’s no easy. We have build our reputation in many years and we have to be so disciplined to provide an exceptional experience for everyone of our clients so they come back for more and most importantly tell their friends, this is our best marketing!

We are a family business and we want to keep it that way, this is our DNA and we are super proud of that.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
San Diego is a very unique place in the world… there are so many different environments in the same city and sometimes so close to each other. One of this things I find amazing is that we can explore the beach, the mountains and the desert. And would give a sample of all this main 3 ingredients – we usually do that with our clients in town with different bike rides.

La Jolla – Eat at Georges for the views
Coronado – Brunch at the Hotel – Ride to Imperial beach
Black’s + Torrey Pines – best of San Diego

Mountain
Mountain Bike at Cuyamaca – Eat in Descanso
Explore Palomar Mountain – Tour at the Observatory
Climb the south Grade and go down the east grade of Palomar

Desert
Borrego Springs – Stay at La Casa del Zorro
Julian – on the way back – Apple Pie 🙂
