We had the good fortune of connecting with Charles Wright and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Charles, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of my brand is my ability to be my full authentic self without batting an eye to what outsiders think. To fully live as myself and not try to conform to what I thought society wanted or needed from me to be successful is what set me apart from the rest of the pack. Everyone in their own sphere is busy trying to fit into this mold that the world has made for us which hinders the true light from being shown. Not only being my full authentic self is has separated me from the pack and boosted the success of my brand, but my relentless ability to pay attention to the smallest detail heavily carries the success behind my brand. There are moments where I am filming during my business hours trying to find any minuscule mistake to fix. All of the small things matter, without them, the big things cannot happen.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Im most excited for the growth of my business, I thoroughly enjoy the process of getting better. The wins, the losses, the ups, the downs, everything that comes along with growth and becoming the best version of myself is what makes me the most excited. My coaching career all started out with training children from my alma mater (Beckman High School) for free. Once I started to gain some notoriety, my single person training sessions turned into group sessions. All of this was unfolding during the midst of covid. Like many places around the world during this time, high school sports were put on halt. However, in southern California, there was a field in which football did take place. This field brought together a number of different athletes, coaches, and football minds to one field to be on show case for a large number of people. On this field, I was allowed to help make defensive calls to stop the opposing team from moving the ball down the field and or scoring a touchdown. The job I was doing garnished such attention, Chad Johnson-the head coach of the Mission Viejo Diablos- offered me a job to coach the linebackers on the varsity level for the high school who at the time was a top 5 team in southern California. In life all things meaningful and meant to last are not going to come easy. There will be a process to go through in order to reach the highest success point one can. The only way I was able to overcome the difficult parts in my process, was to lean on those who loved me and believed in me. Without these people present in my life, I would’ve drifted away from the process and fell further away from my long term goals. There have been many of lessons that I have learned along the way, however the most important one that I have learned is the mode of consistency. The more consistent, I have posted on my social media pages, the more consistently i have seen my platform grow and attractive the right eyes and viewership towards the business that I am growing
