Meet Charles L Ellis | Author/Speaker/Trainer/Certified Life Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Charles L Ellis and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Charles L, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I’ve always wanted to serve and motivate, inspire, and help individuals transform their lives into something conducive to living their best lives. Many of us have been conditioned to think a certain way, and for most that way causes multiple problems and keeps one stuck in situations that seem to have no way out. Since I am a Certified Life Coach who uses NLP training techniques, I wanted to put what I’ve learned into practice, since I’ve had wonderful results helping students and clients. I also wanted the name of my company to match what I believed in my heart, which is that everyone has something within themselves that can guide them and help them do extraordinary things. It’s been called The Power, The Spirit, and a number of other things, but I choose to call it The Fire Within.
What should our readers know about your business?
The Fire Within Group was created to help those with non-traditional work histories and backgrounds, as well as anyone who has a hard time believing that they have the ability to create their ideal lives, and who have difficulty believing that they are extraordinary and needed in this world, to understand that we all have something to offer in this world, and if we don’t use it, that not only will it be a disservice to the world but also to ourselves. I’m really excited now during these challenging times because people are wanting to reinvent themselves, and willing to try new things and give up old conditioned mindsets to become the version of themselves that is more conducive to living their ideal lives. More people are beginning to hire coaches, take workshops, take courses, and buy books to help them change old and outdated paradigms. The Fire Within Group offers that and much more. The Fire Within Group uses instruction, motivation, and inspiration to help the individual transform their lives and change old paradigms that are not conducive to their best interests into the belief and understanding that anything is possible once they become aware of the awesome power of (The Fire Within) all of us. What sets me apart? I would have to say the ability to listen. In the world today, there is a lot of telling as opposed to listening. The world wants to fix us, yet we each have within us the ability to heal ourselves. As you know by now, I call it The Fire Within. I just direct the individual to what is already within them. It hasn’t always been easy and full of challenges, trials, errors, and mistakes were a natural part of my life. They began to seem like an everyday occurrence. Gratitude, became a big part of my life, and once I discovered it’s awesome power, I was not only on the road to self-discovery and mastery but on the road to utilizing my passion to help uplift and help others. I’ve learned to trust (The Fire Within) that special something in me (which is in all of us), to guide me and direct me to do what I need to do to make the best of my life. I’m here now, with my passion and commitment to service, more powerful than ever. All that I’ve ever been through and done has brought me here today. The lesson that I’ve learned and that I pass on to others is that it begins with Gratitude, it ends with Gratitude, and everything in between should be filled with Gratitude. Gratitude with a capital G.
