Meet Bright Eworo | Entreprenuer/Web3 Founder

We had the good fortune of connecting with Bright Eworo and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bright, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
I embrace risk—especially now, when time is on my side. My faith lets me act boldly but not recklessly: I trust God’s control over outcomes, but I still listen, learn, and lean into discernment. Losses aren’t failures; they’re lessons I was meant to carry forward. Every risk is a step toward the life I’m called to live.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We’re building a Web3 fitness community — sounds a little crazy, right? But that’s the beauty of it. Web3 gives us the tools to connect people across the world and foster a virtual fitness ecosystem that feels real, rewarding, and community-driven. Our mission is to bridge the gap between sports, fitness, and tokenization — creating a space where your physical effort has real digital value.
How did we get here? Honestly, it started with conversations. Just talking about it, taking small steps daily, and watching things slowly start to align. In the beginning, it felt like a solo journey. For a long time, it’s just you — then maybe one or two people start to believe in it, then four, then ten. But you’ve got to keep showing up. One day at a time.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is adaptability. Whatever situation I find myself in, I try to use it as a tool for growth. Whether it’s momentum or a setback, it all plays a part in the bigger picture.
What I want the world to know is this: the future starts today. Ten years from now is being written in the small steps we take right now. complx culture started in my bedroom while I was doodling on my iPhone — no fancy office, no big funding. Just vision and movement. I built this with the belief that people like me — who’ve doubted themselves or felt like their dreams were too far out — can bring those visions to life by simply committing to action, every single day.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting the city , I’d give them the full Bay energy. We’d start the morning with coffee and pastries at the Ferry Building, soaking in the waterfront views. Then we’d rent bikes and ride across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito — it’s a surreal experience with the fog rolling in and the city behind you. After lunch by the water in Sausalito, we’d ferry back and chill at Dolores Park for the views and people-watching. As the sun starts to set, we’d head up to Twin Peaks to catch that golden hour magic over the skyline. Dinner would be at Liholiho Yacht Club for bold flavors and a dope atmosphere, and we’d wrap the night with rooftop drinks at Charmaine’s or hit a lowkey spot like Bourbon & Branch to toast to a legendary day.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First and foremost, I want to shout out God for bringing the pieces together and blessing me with the vision to pursue this path. Nothing moves without that higher guidance, and I’m constantly reminded that there’s a greater purpose at work. I also have to give major credit to my team and co-founders — they show up every day with passion, resilience, and belief in the mission. Their commitment keeps this dream alive and growing. And of course, our community — the people who believe in us, support us, challenge us, and walk alongside us — none of this would be possible without them. Your trust fuels everything we do. This journey isn’t just mine, it’s ours.
