We had the good fortune of connecting with Bob Hudson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bob, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
For many years I have been a subscriber to the Dynamic Golfers home-based exercise program from a company called Dynamic Athletics. The quality of their exercise programs is excellent, and I took Dynamic Athletics offer to extend a 10% discount on their pricing to friends and family. In August 2025, my business partner and I launched a new web site called EveryBodyCanMove.com (EBCM) and there we are able to offer 10% off to anyone who subscribes to any of the quality programs from Dynamic Athletics. These include sport-specific programs for Golfing, Pickleball, Cycling, Running, Skiing, Triathlete. They also have a useful program for desk slouchers called ReverseSit. In addition to the exercise links, we post a number of articles on EBCM that deal with exercise science, nutrition and mental preparation.

What should our readers know about your business?
My background is in IT and Management Consulting. After a lengthy career helping my clients achieve success, I am now working to help people achieve fitness. In addition, I am an iPhone photographer, and I operate a gallery at www.fourlens.ca

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When visiting Southern California I love to go to the Little Italy section of San Diego. There are so many great restaurants and coffee shops to enjoy. Another favorite place in the San Diego area is Imperial Beach with its laid-back vibe and walkable beach and town.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My shoutout is to my business partner, Ingvar Grimsmo. Ingvar has a business that develops and operates websites. He and I also operate a series of web storefronts for clubs and associations. Ingvar’s greatest skill is his abilities to work with search engines like Google and Bing. I refer to him as the “Google Whisperer”!
