Hi Araiz, what is the most important factor behind your success?
In my experience, the most crucial factor behind my success has been the community I’ve built around my work. This network of support, collaboration, and shared vision has not only inspired me but has also provided invaluable feedback and resources. By actively engaging with this community, I’ve been able to refine my ideas, adapt to challenges, and ultimately create something that resonates with a broader audience. It’s a reminder that success is often a collective journey, and I’m grateful for the relationships and connections that have fueled my growth.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
In my journey as an entrepreneur, I’ve faced numerous hardships that have profoundly shaped me. Early on, I often felt uncertain and didn’t always know what I was doing. Each challenge forced me to adapt and learn quickly, whether it was navigating market shifts, managing finances, or understanding customer needs.

These experiences taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, the importance of seeking help, and the necessity of continuous learning. I realized that failure is not the end but rather an opportunity to grow and improve. As I encountered obstacles, I developed a deeper understanding of my business and myself, leading to better decision-making and stronger leadership. Ultimately, the journey has been about evolving, and I’m grateful for every lesson along the way.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My perfect day with a bestfriend would start with a refreshing yoga session, allowing me to center my mind and body. set a positive tone for the day. After that, I’d head to the farmers market, where I can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, explore fresh produce, and connect with local vendors.

As the day winds down, I’d find a cozy spot to watch the sunset.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have to emphasize how important my colleague and great friend Jaselyne Calixto has been in contributing to my success. Her insights, support, and unwavering dedication have been instrumental in navigating challenges and achieving our goals. Jase brings a unique perspective to our projects, consistently pushing me to think outside the box and strive for excellence.

Beyond her professional contributions, Jase has fostered a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and teamwork. Her ability to motivate those around her is truly inspiring. I believe she deserves recognition not only for her skills and hard work but also for the positive impact she has on our team and our shared success. Jase is an invaluable asset to my journey.
