We had the good fortune of connecting with Andre Benjamin and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andre, as a parent, what do you feel is the most meaningful thing you’ve done for them?
The most important thing I’ve done as a parent in terms of the impact on my children is praying, studying, listening and observing other parents that have raised adult children that are well adjusted, character filled, contributing adults and are still in great relationship with their parents. Also observing and keeping a strengths journal of each of our children so we can encourage them and facilitate the discovery of their gifts.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As A Songwriter:

•I compose songs for those that are have felt like the underdog and wrestle with imposter syndrome, self sabotage, self limiting beliefs, procrastination, mislabeling by authority figures, those that have been broken, hurt, violated or scorn by life. I write and Advocate for all those listeners that desire to be reinvigorated with a message of life hope and a greater future found in a thriving and vibrant love relationship with their Creator and Designer.
•As Ferris Bueller says “Life can come at you fast…” I don’t want anyone to miss what I believe they are on planet Earth to contribute. Each of us have a distinct gift, calling, destiny, identity, skill-set to bring beauty and solution to the challenges and problems we have in our Planet.
•My prayer is that a seed is planted or watered in each heart that hears the music that would spark a paradigm shift from aimlessness, heaviness, complacency and destruction to life, vitality, celebration, jubilance and hope for a higher quality of life.

As an Executive Coach:
•I give underdogs (all of YOU that have been classified as Underutilized, undervalued and underestimated)the tools, frameworks, strategies, paradigms that YOU need to break through: barriers, bottlenecks, constraints and self limiting beliefs that have held YOU back unleash their full potential in their domain of responsibility.

•Our books, courses and Show are a means for YOU CEO’s to get an infusion of wisdom to become more effective in YOUR organizations and make direct impact with the newly acquired wisdom from our resources.

•Host of other spots I keep to myself so they don’t get blown Up 😉
