Hi Alberto, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
Behind the scenes, its a lot of work to sure the food is good for all the costumers, and beautifull, at the correct temperature, and the correct select of the ingredients in a gap with the seasonal.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I love to see people enjoy the food, with the whole Family and have a good time que in the restaurant and see the face of surprise when people try for the first time the food.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Guadalupe Valley is one of the most important region of wine in Mexico, is in Ensenada Baja California, we have the restaurant Comedor Campestre Inside Alximia winery, we have a seasonal menú with fresh ingredients and excellent wine.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Well, i love the Job of the chefs of baja like Javier Plascencia, Roberto Alcocer, Diego Hernandez, Drew Deckman, have a lot of creativity, a lot of dicipline, a lot of courage and the most important a lot of love for us country, and a great products we have in the region Calibaja.
