Hi Feras, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The success of San Diego Bar is built on 3 main factors:

1- High Quality product with the best taste, texture, and nutritional value :
Made from scratch in small batches, our bars are hand crafted using all natural wholesome ingredients. No binders, artificial flavors, fillers or Sugar is added. Its Raw, vegan, Gluten Free and has 10g of protein from only 6 superfood ingredients. Our combination of fresh dried fruits, seeds and nuts gives our bars the best taste, texture and nutritional value which you can’t find all three together in any other product.

2- Be a podium to educate and inspire our community by promoting healthy living and active lifestyle :
Promote healthy living through out our community and audience by sending out educational material as well as initiating campaigns to promote active lifestyle to our youth by building outdoor fitness stations at parks and open outdoor spaces.

3- Adopting a social cause by helping to employe refugees in San Diego :
we take pride in our social responsibility as a company and aim to employ most of our operational staff from San Diego’s own refugee community. We are so grateful to have this opportunity of creating more jobs to those who need it the most and happy to provide personal and professional development for our staff and see them thrive.

What should our readers know about your business?
San Diego Bar was created as a vehicle to add more value to our community. Most of businesses are started primarily for monetary purposes, ours started as a solution to a number of issues. We are proud and excited that we can provide job opportunities to refugees who can’t speak english and provide them with the tools needed to thrive. we are happy to provide the best product in its category in the market. we are excited to partner with our city and promote exercise and active lifestyle to our youth through building outdoor fitness stations. These are our goals that excite us and keep us going! I was born and raised in Syria and brought up in a family that honored integrity of reputation and hard work. These values have been my foundation to overcome the challenges throughout my journey and win the hearts of my community members. The message that i’d like to share with the world is that we are here in this life to give, and our brand is our vehicle that allows us to do so through our product. We really just want to do good and be an example for young generations to look up to.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
San Diego is America’s finest city and i am so grateful to live here and honored to print the name of my city on our product!. Our city has so much to offer, i personally love outdoors and most of my guests i take them Cycling along coast Hwy up to oceanside, we go hike Torrey pines and surf blacks beach. Walk around little Italy have a cocktail at craft & commerce, dinner at Barbusa then go to born and raised. I’ll take them sailing at the san diego bay, dock at Coronado and go for a beer at Coronado brew co. Attend a sunset yoga class at sunset cliffs and go for an outdoor symphony concert at the shell San diego. There is so much more to do in our beautiful city i can go forever !

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We are very grateful for our own community here in San Diego who has been very supportive and believed in us and in our mission. We want to give a shoutout to every person, Group, or organization that has added value to SD Bars in any form or contribution. I also want to thank our team for their dedication, hard work and vision as we could not have made it this far without them.
