I approach risk as a necessity for both personal and professional growth—not in a reckless way, but as a process of self-discovery. I think I’ve had this pleasant relationship with risk ever since I was a young kid. My sister and I would climb onto the roof of our house and then leap into the branches of our Spruce trees.
