We had the good fortune of connecting with Meagan Bright and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Meagan, how do you think about risk?
As an entrepreneur everything is about risks. I always jump right in and don’t over think it. If you don’t take risks you will never grow, if you don’t ask the answer will always be “no”, if you don’t jump in and do you will never grow.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I started my business when my middle child was just a baby. Again, I jumped in and have learned and added to my craft as I go. Always following the next trends and growing and pushing the limits to what I can do. I love being creative and crafty and rarely tell my customers I can’t create something. Instead I try and level up to create what they want! I make a lot custom orders and a lot of my craft is created and inspired by motherhood.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If you were to come visit me in sunny, southern Ca I would first take you around our gated lake community! Come inside the gates of Canyon Lake and you will find a golf cart community full of people who love to love an active lifestyle. Boating, golfing, wakeboarding, wake surfing, fishing, horseback riding, you name, we do it! Our little slide or paradise.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My biggest shoutout always goes to local businesses and all my Brissy Co. customers who share my business all the time. I have met some of the most incredibly supportive people who love not only what I create but encourage me as a mom who runs her business from home. I would say I have curated the sweetest, kindest customer base. I love all my customers so much. Also my husband and kids for always being so proud of me and encouraging whatever challenge I take on next.
