Meet Rebecca Cuje | Energy & Somatic Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rebecca Cuje and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rebecca, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
My business creates a profound social impact by empowering individuals to trust themselves, use their voice, and step into their fullest expression of truth. Through my coaching, energy healing work, and retreats, I help people reconnect with their intuition and embrace their own version of success, which not only transforms their personal lives but ripples into their relationships, careers, and communities.
When individuals heal, align with their purpose, and feel empowered to express their truth, they naturally uplift those around them. My work fosters emotional healing, self-empowerment, and authentic expression. By helping people release limiting beliefs and embrace their potential, I contribute to creating a world where more people feel safe to be themselves and are inspired to make meaningful, positive change.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is all about empowering others to trust themselves, use their voice, and step into their fullest expression through energy healing, somatic coaching, and intuitive guidance. What sets me apart is the safe, compassionate space I create for my clients, where emotional healing is paired with actionable steps for real transformation. My work is deeply rooted in empathy, but also in helping others take tangible steps to change their lives.
Getting here has been anything but linear… It started when I left a six-figure corporate job without a plan, driven by a deep sense that I needed more fulfillment. There were plenty of challenges, and still are at times, – doubt, fear, and financial uncertainty – but I continue to work through them by trusting my intuition and focusing on the impact I want to make. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that real growth comes from getting uncomfortable, stepping into the unknown, and embracing uncertainty.
I’m most proud of the way I’ve been able to deeply support others on their own journey toward alignment, empowerment, and success; helping them make transformative internal shifts, like boosting confidence and self-love, and external changes, such as relocating or starting a new relationship. My work has shown me that true success isn’t just about the external achievements – although they’re nice too 😉 – it’s first about internal alignment and living in your truth. My story is a reflection of this belief, and I want others to know that it’s possible to live a life of purpose and fulfillment when you trust yourself and take bold action.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love this question! If my best friend was visiting San Diego, I’d be sure to incorporate the following into our itinerary:
– Encinitas for a day (Beacon’s Beach, Nectarine Grove, Lofty or Ironsmith, SRF meditation gardens)
– La Jolla Cove to see the seals + Bobboi Natural Gelato
– Sunset Cliffs for a sunset picnic
– Torrey Pines for a trail hike
– Trilogy Sanctuary for one of their many events (dance medicine, drum circle, music)
– Maya Moon Collective for cacao
– San Diego Zoo / Balboa Park
– Beach House, Humphreys by the Bay, Quartyard, Belly Up, or Music Box for a concert

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to Sarah Lane, who is a women’s embodiment coach, breathwork guide, & DJ. She is the creatrix of BreathTWERK™, a liberating breathwork + dance experience, as well as my partner and co-founder of Rage Retreats, a space for women to alchemize their sacred rage into pleasure and power. She has been an instrumental part of my entrepreneurial journey, offering not only friendship and business partnership but also mentorship and healing work at times. Our multi-faceted relationship has created a space for deep healing and has opened many doors of possibility.
