We had the good fortune of connecting with Brandon Elassaad and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brandon, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
I pursued a creative career because it’s been ingrained in me since childhood. From the moment I could hold a camera, I was captivated by the power of visual storytelling. It’s not just about capturing moments for me; it’s about crafting narratives that entertain and engage an audience.
Growing up, I always envisioned myself creating content that would resonate with others, whether through photography or videography. The idea of being able to evoke emotions and spark conversations through my work was incredibly enticing.
Now, being able to share my passion with the world through my soccer pages feels like a dream come true. It’s the perfect intersection of my love for both the beautiful game and creative expression. Every post, every video, is an opportunity to connect with fellow fans and share in the joy and excitement of soccer.
Ultimately, pursuing this path isn’t just about following a passion; it’s about realizing a lifelong dream and having the privilege to entertain and inspire others along the way.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Honestly, everything is about learning life lessons, from being cut from my college soccer team to transitioning a good portion of my life to creating content, I can truly say that everything happens for a reason. I am proud to say that I have learned from my mistakes and have used that knowledge to further push my content and make it more aesthetically pleasing and entertaining. Creating several trends across the soccer social media scene has grossed over 100 million views on my accounts, and I do not plan on slowing down anytime soon. If there was one word I would use to describe my content, it would be: Aesthetic.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well I’m from San Diego, California, and we’re famous for our beaches, our authentic Mexican food, and our soccer scene. If I were to host you for a day we would start off getting in an early morning filming session up in Carlsbad at one of my favorite places to film, Poinsettia Park. After Cranking out some awesome content we would head over to Taco Stand in Encinitas for some of the best Mexican food out there, my personal order is the California burrito with a Sonora taco as an appetizer accompanied with agua de jamaica, and on your way out make sure you fill up on the horchata. After that we head down the coast to windansea beach in La Jolla to get some rays in that San Diego sun. If there’s still daylight left, I’d take you to one of many of San Diego’s golf courses for a twilight round. And finishing off the night after a nice homecooked dinner, we’d go hang out on the beach in Coronado, my hometown.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Ultimately it comes down to the people around me that have helped with my content truly fuel my creative process and I wouldn’t have been able to do anything today without the help of my co-producer Esteban Toscano (@es1bangk). Esteban has been there since the beginning, from when we started our joint YouTube channel Exquisite Football, and through the ups and downs we have stuck it out together, and now we’re truly seeing some momentum and all the hard work paying off. I also want to shout out Hype Projects Agency for helping represent me on the partnership side of things!
