We feel the success of our brand comes from our commitment to our values. We created Fox and Tim Productions as a liberation practice, a radical act of resistance against the systems oppressing trans and queer people. We resist by centering and elevating our siblings most impacted by these systems with a goal of shared economy and a belief that we are abundant as a collective. This looks like paying a high base rate, sharing tips collectively, centering nonwhite and multiply-marginalized performers and crew, asking no one to work for free, offering a platform and promotion to other trans artists and entrepreneurs, and emphasizing messages of revolution, collectivism, and police & prison abolition.
