Meet Chanda Halpin | Yoga instuctor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Chanda Halpin and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Chanda, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I wanted to offer yoga at an affordable cost, allowing everyone to participate.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Originally I just wanted to make friends and share yoga- I was new in town and didn’t know anyone. We now have twenty teachers and several thousand students- all of it grew organically. It feels good to know that we are filling a need- building community, appreciating nature, and doing something healthy together- all through a donation based platform.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well- yoga on the beach at Tower 14 of course 😂 In HB I love Central Park, and everyone that visits me I take to Fiesta grill. Amazing tacos and flautas.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Super grateful to all the yoga teachers and students who keep showing up and making this a success
